Your information stays yours

Effective September 28, 2026. Short version: I only collect what I need to answer you, I never sell your information, and you can ask me to delete it any time.

What I collect

When you book a consultation, the form asks for your name, email address, and details about your room and setup. That is the only personal information this site collects. I do not run accounts, comments, or newsletters, and I do not track you across the web.

How I use it

Your consultation details are used for one thing: preparing and delivering your consultation. Your email is used to reply to you and send your recommendation. If you share photos of your room by email, they are used to understand your room. Nothing else.

What I never do

• I never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• I never share your consultation details or photos with anyone else. The only exception is the service that delivers your form to my email inbox.
• I never use your photos for marketing or post them anywhere without your permission first.

Many links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, the store may save a small cookie so they know you came from my site, and I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Once you click through to a store, that store's own privacy policy applies to anything they collect.

How long I keep it

Your information is kept private and secure for the duration of your consultation. After that, I keep it as a reference in case you come back with follow-up questions — unless you explicitly ask me to delete it. Your information is never made public.

Your choices

You can ask what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it entirely. Just email me — the address is on the consultation page — and I will take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
